A "Sigma Male" is a term used to describe a man who is successful and popular but chooses to exist outside the traditional social dominance hierarchy (alpha/beta). Often used ironically or in memes (Sigma Face). Originated from alt-right blogs, popularized via memes and "American Psycho" edits.
